| The following
Terms and Conditions would apply
to Paysignet's Reseller Program:
Once you register as a Reseller,
Paysignet's approval team shall
analyse your request and send
you the confirmation in about
48 working hours.
There shall be no Signup cost
or Deposit for Resellers. So Resellers
shall register absolutely FREE
of COST.
After receiving their approval,
the Reseller may send mails to
his Customer with a link to register
as a Merchant at Paysignet or
the Reseller may register the
Customer himself.
Paysignet's approval team shall
analyse and finalise the terms
and conditions for Merchant requests.
In all cases, the decision of
Paysignet's Approval Team would
be Final.
Only Merchants who register via
the link sent by the Reseller
or who are directly registered
by the Reseller, would be eligible
for the Reseller Benefit Program.
No request shall be entertained
from any Reseller before or after
the activation of Merchant account.
Any website or websites directly
registered by a New Merchant or
a Referred Merchant into Paysignet
(i.e. additional websites not
registered by the Reseller or
not registered via the link sent
by the Reseller) will not be eligible
for any benefit. No request shall
be entertained from any reseller
before or after the activation
of merchant account.
After approval, the referred
Merchant would be asked to download
Paysignet's Client Agreement along
with the Appendixes and complete
it by signing all pages of the
agreement and the appendixes and
ready all the documents required
in the Appendixes. The Reseller
may collect this from the Merchant
and send the documents to Paysignet
or may request the Merchant to
send them directly to Paysignet.
Once the Merchant account is
approved the Reseller benefit
would be payable to the Reseller.
Out of the first few Merchants
referred to Paysignet, a sum of
Rs.5000 shall be withheld as a
signup cost which would become
fully refundable once the Reseller
has at least four Merchants referred
and approved by Paysignet. Once
the benefit crosses Rs.5000, all
moneys in excess of this will
be payable to the Reseller on
a weekly settlement basis.
The Reseller will also be entitled
to a 10% benefit on the Annual
Software Upgradation and Maintenance
fees paid by the Merchant which
would differ accoring to the category
of the Merchant and shall be paid
to the Reseller in the normal
payout cycle.The Reseller shall
however not be entitled to receive
any commission from TDR or any
Transaction based charge that
Paysignet would collect from the
Merchants.
The Reseller may terminate his
Reseller account at any moment
by sending a request at reseller@paysignet.com.
In case of termination the sigup
fee of Rs. 5,000 will be refunded
within 60 days (from termination
request date) subject to the condition
that the Reseller should have
at least 4 refered Merchants Accounts
approved and runnign since activation.
In case the number of Referred
and Approved Merchants is less
than 4 then no money will be refunded.
